1. All contestants must be human, female, and 18 years of age or older.

2. All contestants' photographs must be taken by Skulldude at Scarborough Faire® the Renaissance Festival, during its 2002 Season.  The deadline to be photographed is 7pm CDT, Sunday, 26 May 2002.

3. All contestants must register online in order to be eligible for awards and prizes.  The deadline for registration is 10pm CDT, Monday, 27 May 2002.

4. Judging will be done on Wednesday, 29 May 2002.  A panel of judges will rate contestants in four categories:
 
          1) Volume
          2) Presentation
          3) Overall Look
          4) Sheer Exposed Acreage (SEA)
 
Each contestant's final score will be the combined scores of all judges in categories 1, 2, 3 and 4.  All other awards are separate awards whose winner may or may not be one of the top two finalists for Scarby 2002 Cleavage Queen.  Tie scores between any contestants will be decided by the judging panel, whose decision is final.

5. Winners will be announced online at 7pm CDT, Friday, 31 May 2002, and will be notified by phone and email.

6. A Coronation Ceremony and Awards Presentation will be held at the White Horse Tavern at Scarborough Faire® the Renaissance Festival at 4pm CDT, on Saturday, 1 June 2002.  Winners need not be present in order to receive their prizes, but we sincerely hope they will make every effort to be there.  Tell your friends and bring your cameras.

7. Participation in the Scarby 2002 Cleavage Queen Contest is strictly voluntary.  Any contestant who wishes to be removed from the contest and website may do so at any time by contacting Skulldude at 972-272-6957 or by email at
